AI automation, agents, and systems for real business operations

I build AI-driven systems that reduce manual work, improve execution, and make operations more scalable. At Alice Labs, I work across automation, agents, workflow design, integrations, and product/growth to turn messy processes into reliable systems.

    About

I'm Eric Lundberg, Co-Founder at Alice Labs.

My work sits at the intersection of AI automation, agents, systems design, and product/growth. I build practical solutions that save time, increase quality, and remove repetitive work. That can mean designing agent-based workflows, connecting tools and data sources, building automations in Make and n8n, working with APIs and business logic, or structuring knowledge so AI systems become more reliable in real use.

I'm used to driving work end-to-end — from problem definition and scoping to implementation, iteration, and follow-up. A big part of what I care about is making systems actually useful in practice: not just technically interesting, but clear, robust, and tied to real outcomes.

Before Alice Labs, I worked with growth, go-to-market, product instrumentation, funnel design, UX, and scalable acquisition. That background still shapes how I build today. I care about leverage, clarity, and execution — not just output, but impact.

    What I do

I focus on systems that create leverage. The goal is simple: fewer manual steps, better decisions, and stronger execution.

    AI automation systems

I design and implement automations that remove repetitive work, reduce friction, and make day-to-day operations more reliable.

    Agent workflows

I build agent-based workflows for tasks like research, triage, administration, and structured decision support — with a focus on usefulness, not hype.

    Integrations and logic

I connect tools, data, and processes through APIs, workflow orchestration, and business logic so information moves where it should, when it should.

    Knowledge and process design

I work with RAG, structured knowledge, and process design to make AI systems more context-aware, more dependable, and easier to scale.

How I think about the work

I'm not interested in automation for its own sake. The work has to make the system better.

    1. 01

Start small. Build the simplest version that solves the real problem.

    2. 02

Question the need first. Remove unnecessary steps before optimizing anything.

    3. 03

Focus on impact over activity. The point is not to look busy — it's to move the business forward.

    4. 04

Turn process into product. Good workflows should be repeatable, scalable, and easy to improve over time.

    Selected work

A few representative examples of the kind of systems I work on. These can be replaced with real case studies later.

    Operational AI workflows

Designed workflows that help teams reduce manual handling across recurring operational tasks by combining automation, logic, and AI support.

    Process redesign and automation

Worked with businesses to map manual processes, remove unnecessary steps, and build more scalable operating models supported by automation.

    Why this page exists

Most people do not need more AI ideas. They need clearer systems.

What I bring is a practical mix of automation, implementation, product thinking, and operational design. I care about making AI useful inside real businesses — not as a demo, but as part of how work gets done.

Through Alice Labs, that means building systems that are structured, scalable, and tied to outcomes. Less manual effort. Better flow. Higher leverage.
