It is the right model when you need AI in production fast, do not have a senior in-house AI team, or want to focus internal capacity on your core business while AI runs in the background. Typical engagements: €60,000-€120,000 for the first production use case (fixed-price), then €8,000-€25,000/month for ongoing operations and continuous improvement. Multi-use-case programmes for mid-market clients run €150,000-€400,000/year all-in. Enterprise programmes scale from €500,000/year. We commit to ROI targets in writing.
