Most AI implementations follow a 12-16 week cycle: Weeks 1-2 for technical discovery and architecture design, Weeks 3-6 for data pipeline development and model integration, Weeks 7-10 for system integration and testing, Weeks 11-14 for UAT and production deployment, Weeks 15-16 for monitoring setup and handover. Simpler projects (chatbots, document processing) can ship in 6-8 weeks. Complex enterprise integrations may take 4-6 months.

AI implementation projects typically range from €50,000-€300,000 depending on complexity. A focused single-use-case implementation (e.g., document automation) starts around €50,000-€80,000. Multi-system integrations with custom model development run €100,000-€200,000. Enterprise-wide deployments with multiple use cases can exceed €250,000. We offer fixed-price and time-and-materials models, with monthly retainers for ongoing support starting at €10,000/month.

We integrate AI into your existing technology stack through APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures. We run hands-on training sessions for end users, create documentation and quick-reference guides, establish feedback loops for continuous improvement, identify and coach internal AI champions, and implement gradual rollouts starting with willing early adopters. We define KPIs before writing a single line of code. Common metrics include task completion time reduction, error rate improvement, cost savings per transaction, user adoption rate, model accuracy and drift monitoring, and system uptime. We set up automated dashboards so you can track ROI in real-time. Every implementation includes a 90-day post-launch review to validate performance against business case projections.
