PII handling, retention windows, and cross-border transfer positions are documented in the Phase 3 solution design. For AIFA-LAT-hosted workloads, we scope directly to the AI Factory Antenna-Latvia access model.
Who owns the models, prompts, and code at the end of a Baltic engagement?
The client. All trained models, prompts, evaluation sets, integration code, and infrastructure-as-code artefacts are assigned to the client on delivery. Alice Labs retains rights only to generic tooling and templates that pre-existed the engagement, and never claims background-IP ownership of anything your data trained. Baltic engagements follow the same IP terms as our Nordic engagements — the client owns what the client's data and Phase 6 fee produced.
