Months 3-6: first wave of use cases in production, change management program launch, training rollout. Months 6-12: expansion to additional departments, governance framework implementation, CoE establishment. Months 12-18: organization-wide scaling, cultural embedding, continuous improvement. We provide hands-on support throughout, with decreasing intensity as internal capabilities build.

Adoption Assessment (4-6 weeks): €20,000-€40,000—delivers maturity score, barrier analysis, and adoption roadmap. Adoption Program (6-12 months): €80,000-€200,000—full change management, training, governance, and scaling support. Ongoing Advisory: €8,000-€20,000/month for continued adoption coaching and measurement. Most clients start with the assessment and then commit to the full program based on the roadmap.
